This type of eccentric bearing requires that the eccentric outer circles of B and C at both ends are consistent with the eccentric direction of the reference outer circle of A, and the eccentric sizes are different, generally within 5mm, and the eccentricity error is required to be less than 0.05mm.

    In order to meet the above requirements, the following processes and tooling are adopted. First, process all the outer circles of the A datum, and leave a 50mm long 25mm process chuck at both ends of the shaft. It is required that the chuck is coaxial with the A datum and the step surface is perpendicular to the A datum. Mill the chucks at both ends of the shaft into flat 42h6, which must be symmetrical to the A datum center and parallel to both ends.

    Tooling production: Two pieces of cans are required. The groove 42H7 is required to be symmetrical with the center hole B5, and the end face of the groove is perpendicular to the center hole. Install the can at both ends of the shaft. The eccentric direction of the can should be consistent. The direction of eccentricity is controlled by the cooperation between the groove of the can and the flat 42H7/h6 of the shaft. The eccentricity can be adjusted by adjusting the compression screw on the can. Measure; press the end face of the stuck can and the stepped surface of the shaft to ensure that the center of the shaft is parallel to the center of the stuck can. Use double center clamping on the lathe, clamp the can with four claws and rotate it. Use a meter to measure the outer circles at both ends of the A reference. Adjust the screws on the can to different eccentricities, and turn each eccentric outer circle to size. After the eccentric shaft is processed, cut off the process chucks at both ends.
