Glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 cage for stable temperature conditions up to 120°C. If the bearing is lubricated with oil, the additives in the lubricating oil will reduce the service life of the cage, and the aged oil will also have an adverse effect on the cage at high temperatures; therefore, the oil change interval must be paid attention to.
Drum roller bearing heat treatment
Heat-treated Drum roller bearings can operate at temperatures up to 150°C. Bearings with an outer diameter exceeding 120mm can maintain dimensional stability at operating temperatures up to 200°C. If the bearing uses a polyamide cage, attention must be paid to the temperature limitations of the cage material.
