According to the type, structure, material, batch, technical requirements and tolerance class of rolling bearings, the production process of different ball bearings is different.

First, the processing process:

1. Ring: According to the raw material and blank form of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, the whole processing process of the inner ring and outer ring is:

Bar or pipe material (some bar stock needs to be forged and annealed, normalized) - turning - heat treatment - grinding - finishing or polishing - final inspection of parts - rust prevention - warehousing - (to be assembled in a sleeve)

2. The processing process of steel balls, the processing of steel balls is also different according to the state of raw materials, of which the process before foil or light ball, can be divided into the following three types, the process before heat treatment, can be divided into the following two, the whole processing process is: bar or wire cold punching (some bar material cold punching also needs to punch ring belt and annealing) - foiling, rough grinding, soft grinding or light ball - heat treatment - hard grinding - fine grinding - finishing or grinding - final inspection group - rust prevention, packaging - warehousing (assembly to be closed).

3. The processing process of rollers The processing of rollers varies according to different raw materials, of which the process before heat treatment can be divided into the following two types, and the whole processing process is: Bar turning processing or wire cold heading after tandem belt and soft grinding - heat treatment - string soft point - coarse grinding outer diameter - coarse grinding end face - final grinding end face - fine grinding outer diameter - final grinding outer diameter - final inspection group - rust prevention, packaging - warehousing (to be assembled in sets).

4. Processing process of cage The processing process of cage can be divided into the following two categories according to the different design structure and raw materials:

(1) Sheet metal → shearing→ blanking→ stamping and forming→ shaping and finishing→ pickling or shot peening or stringing→ final inspection→ rust prevention, packaging → warehousing (to be assembled in sets)

(2) The processing process of solid cage: The processing of solid cage varies according to different raw materials or wool, of which the following four blank types can be divided into the following four types before turning, and the whole processing process is: Bar stock, pipe material, forging, casting - inner diameter, outer diameter, end face, chamfer - drilling (or drawing, boring) - pickling - final inspection - rust prevention, packaging - warehousing (assembly to be closed).

 

Second, the assembly process of rolling bearings:

Rolling bearing parts such as inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and cage, etc., after passing the inspection, enter the assembly workshop for assembly, the process is as follows:

Parts demagnetization, cleaning→ inner and outer rolling "groove" channel size group selection→ sleeve → check clearance→ riveting cage→ final inspection→ demagnetization, cleaning→ rust prevention, packaging → into the finished product warehouse (packing, shipping)
