Some companies do not know how to check the deterioration of the grease
1. Oil flow observation method: take two measuring cups, one of which contains the lubricating oil to be checked, the other is empty on the table, the measuring cup full of lubricating oil is raised 30-40 cm away from the table and tilted, let the lubricating oil slowly flow into the empty cup, observe its flow, good quality lubricating oil flow should be slender, uniform, continuous, if the oil flow is fast and slow, sometimes there is a large piece of flow, it is said that the lubricating oil has deteriorated.
2. Hand twisting method: the lubricating oil twisted between the thumb and the index finger repeated grinding, better lubricating oil hands feel lubricity, less abrasive chips, no friction, if you feel the sand between the fingers and other large friction, it indicates that the lubricating oil has many impurities, can no longer be used, should be replaced with new lubricating oil.
3. Light method: On a clear day, use a screwdriver to lift the lubricating oil at a 45-degree angle to the horizontal plane. Compare with sunlight, observe the oil droplets, under the light, you can clearly see that the lubricating oil is good without abrasive chips, can continue to function, if there are too many abrasive chips, the lubricating oil should be replaced.
4. Oil drop trace method: take a clean white filter test paper, drop a few drops of oil on the filter test paper, after the leakage of lubricating oil, if there is black powder on the surface, touch with the hand has a sense of astringency, it means that there are a lot of impurities in the lubricating oil, good lubricating oil without powder, dry and smooth by touching it by hand, and yellow marks.
