If the bearing is operating under high-speed conditions and the working temperature is high, special attention should be paid to the fit of the rotating ring should not be too loose to prevent eccentric vibration, and the fit of the fixed ring should not appear clearance to prevent the ring from deforming under load and excitation vibration.
The amount of interference simmer of the rotating ferrule should also be small within the possible range. As long as the influence of thermal expansion at the working temperature and the centrifugal force at the highest speed are effectively guaranteed, it will not cause peristalsis or sliding of the tight mating surface. Depending on the size of the working load and the size of the bearing, the fixing ring is selected with a very small gap fit or interference fit, and too loose or too tight is not conducive to maintaining the original accurate shape.
The spindle of a pair of duplex angular contact ball bearings is mostly lightly loaded, and if the amount of interference is large, the axial preload inside it will be significantly larger, causing adverse effects. The spindle of double row short cylindrical roller bearings and the spindle of tapered roller bearings are relatively large and therefore their fit interference is relatively large.
