This bearing is produced by an automated production line, with a significant lead in precision over P4 and better than P2 precision. Metallurgical Mill | Explorer Multi-row Conical Roller Bearing: The upgraded bearing has a 20% increase in load, and the optimized material process has stronger corrosion resistance, thus saving tons of steel rolling costs for mill operators and reducing operational input. Upgraded Ball Spherical Roller Bear for Vibration Applications: With upgraded wear-resistant rings, its wear resistance is twice that of the previous generation, and the shedding occurrence time is extended to 5 times, improving the product's service life. In addition, the sealed bearing version can reduce the consumption of lubricant by about 90%, further reducing operation and maintenance costs. Paper-making High Humidity Application Corrosion-resistant Ball Spherical Roller Bearing: For the first time, the same surface treatment as wind power is applied to paper-making industry, significantly reducing the possibility of static corrosion (90% reduction in 3-5 years), while also improving lubrication characteristics, reducing wear, extending actual service life of the bearings, and enhancing the comprehensive performance of the bearings.
