In response to industry trends, Schaeffler has recently launched a variety of innovative bearing products and solutions, including high-performance C series deep groove ball bearings, high-performance insulated bearings, conductive sealing technology, high-load wind turbine cylindrical bearings and sealed angular contact ball bearings. These products, with their long service life, high reliability, low friction and excellent insulation performance, support customers in the motor, wind power and pump fields to better address challenges in working conditions, technology and costs.

Enhance motor performance and solve the problem of electrical corrosion.

The application fields of motors are extremely wide. The performance of bearings directly determines important indicators such as the efficiency, lifespan, energy efficiency and reliability of motors. The newly launched high-performance C series deep groove ball bearings have more outstanding performances in terms of load capacity, friction torque and sealing performance. Through the optimization of raceway surface parameters, the manufacturing precision has been further improved, and the resistance has been significantly reduced. The overall friction level of the bearing is 30% lower than the industry average. At the same time, it adopts Schaeffler's patented seal cover, and the dust-proof and grease leakage performance of the bearing has been improved by more than 30%. Relying on the advantages of the localized supply chain, this product can achieve a shorter delivery cycle and a faster market response speed.

In recent years, the application of motors in high-voltage, high-frequency and high-speed scenarios has become increasingly common. Along with this, the issue of electrical corrosion of motor bearings has become an urgent problem to be solved. In response to this industry pain point, Schaeffler has launched two cost-effective solutions this time. One of them is the J40A insulated bearing. This series of bearings uses an innovative high-molecular insulation material coating, which can effectively isolate current and has a breakdown voltage as high as 5000V. Moreover, its insulation performance is not affected by moisture. The product is developed and mass-produced in China. The other technical solution is conductive sealing. Schaeffler's conductive sealing adds nano-scale conductive materials to traditional sealing materials, ingeniously combining the bearing sealing structure with the current conduction of the bearing ring. It can be adapted to different bearing structure types and does not occupy additional bearing space. Bearings using this patented technology can reduce the shaft voltage to one-tenth of that of standard bearings, providing a guarantee for the stable operation of motors.

Forward-looking products, meeting the demands of multi-megawatt wind turbines

In recent years, the single-unit capacity of wind turbine generators has been increasing steadily, indicating that wind turbines are evolving towards larger megawatts and larger dimensions. This means that bearings not only need high reliability but also require continuous optimization in material and structural design to enhance their load-bearing capacity and thereby improve the overall efficiency of the wind turbine. At the same time, wind turbine manufacturers have put forward higher requirements for the cost-effectiveness of bearings. The newly launched high-load cylindrical roller bearings for wind turbine generators are specifically designed for megawatt-level wind turbines. Through optimization in structural design, materials, and heat treatment processes, the basic dynamic load rating of this product has been increased by up to 60% compared to standard products, and its basic rated life can be up to 4.4 times that of standard bearings. With advantages such as long life and high reliability, the high-load cylindrical roller bearings for wind turbine generators provide a superior solution for developing wind turbines with higher power density.

High-performance products for dealing with fluid leakage and contaminating water pumps.

As a core equipment for fluid transportation, it is widely used in industrial production, urban water supply, agricultural irrigation, energy development and other fields. During operation, it not only has to withstand the erosion of different fluid media, but also has to deal with high temperature, high pressure, high humidity and other working conditions. It has a series of advantages such as maintenance-free, high reliability, contamination resistance and low friction, and has a longer life cycle compared with open bearings. This product is locally produced, with a shorter delivery cycle and faster response speed.
